Welcome to the Mega Rich Link Limited ("we," "our," or "us") mobile applications ("Customer App" and "Admin App") and portfolio web app (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of the Services
Eligibility
● You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
● Admin users must have the appropriate authorization from Mega Rich Link Limited to access admin-specific features.
User Accounts
● To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email, phone number, and password.
● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
● Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
● Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
● Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, user accounts, or related systems.
● Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during sign-up or usage.
2. Features and Services
Customer App Features
● Queue Tickets: Users can request queue tickets for table seating. Availability is subject to capacity.
● Reservations: Users can book tables in advance by providing the required details. Reservation confirmations are subject to availability.
● In-Table Orders: Users can place orders directly from the app. Payments for these orders are processed manually.
● Rewards and Coupons: Users can redeem promotions and manage rewards through the app.
Admin App Features
● Queue Management: Admins can accept and update queue ticket requests.
● Reservation Management: Admins can approve or decline reservation requests and notify users accordingly.
● Order Management: Admins can manage and update the status of customer orders.
● Staff and Inventory: Admins can add staff records and inventory purchase or sales data.
3. Payment and Transactions
● All payments are processed manually outside the app. The app does not facilitate or store payment information.
● Users are responsible for making payments directly to the restaurant as instructed.
4. Limitation of Liability
● Mega Rich Link Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
● We make no guarantees regarding the availability or reliability of the Services and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
● All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Mega Rich Link Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.
● You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
